We’re looking for a bold, action-oriented pharmacist interested in leveraging their pharmacy experience into a career in health technology. In this role, you’ll be joining the Operations team initially for a 3 month period, before transitioning into either an Operations Manager or Project Manager role.
During this initial period, you will:
- Learn how to work in a remote first start-up environment
- Learn the ins and outs of the MedEssist platform
- Engage with pharmacists through email, phone, and live chat
- Work with engineers, project managers, and pharmacy students
Who are we:
MedEssist serves over 650 pharmacies across Canada and the US with a class-leading technology and AI platform. In Ontario, the MedEssist Access to Care program enables pharmacists to collaboratively provide care beyond the 19 minor ailments with an additional 20+ workflows, including Travel Health, Contraception, and Strep Testing.
We also just launched Access to Care in the US, allowing pharmacies to treat Acne, UTIs, Cold Sores, Pink eye, and more for the first time ever. We’re hiring for multiple roles to support the growth of this program into BC, MB, and other US states.
You will be offered one the following roles:
- Operations Manager – You’ll be a leader in the operations team, tasked with building community and helping our pharmacies learn and find success with the platform.
- Project Manager – You’ll be joining an ambitious team composed of an RN, MD, and other pharmacists to expand Access to Care across Canada and the US.
